Sofie Madeleine Refsnes is an Advisor based in Bergen, Norway.
Before joining Seafood People, Sofie worked as a Researcher for the multinational staffing company Randstad. Sofie has also worked at Tryg Forsikring, and as a mentor for the Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) program which focuses on youth empowerment, employability, and entrepreneurship among East African youths.
Sofie is a graduate of the University of Bergen (UiB) where she earned a Master's degree from the Faculty of Psychology with a specialization in Work & Organizational Psychology. Her master thesis examined whether daily transformational and passive-avoidant leadership affects the quality of daily virtual teamwork.
Sofie is a DNV certified recruiter.
