Kjell brings with him extensive expertise and a vast network, which will strengthen Seafood People's position as a leading consultancy firm in the seafood sector. Kjell will work closely with Seafood People to further explore cross-industry synergies.

Kjell Strøm has profound expertise in recruitment and leadership development. With over 20 years of experience in senior and middle management, Strøm has played a key role in recruiting leading positions nationally and internationally within both the public and private sectors.

He has previously been part of the executive team at Experis (now Jefferson Wells), with responsibility for recruitment, and has led the recruitment department at The Assessment Company for the last three years. This experience has given him unique insights into the developing effective recruitment strategies, methods, and tools, as well as leadership development.
