Job description / Specification
The client is involved in the preparation of a thorough job analysis and job description, which is the basis for an optimal result.
Search & Administration
We will administrate all incoming enquiries, CV’s and information, and give a professional response in a timely matter.
We can handle everything in terms of the advertisement, providing copy writing, layout and design based on the specifications for the vacancy and distribute it on seafoodpeople.net, social media channels and through other suitable media.
Potential candidates will be invited to initial non-committal interviews, whereby candidates who meet the specifications will progress to the next level and are interviewed in greater depth. Based on structured interviews focusing on competence, facts and motivation, along with our interpretation of test scores we will present a short list of two to three potential candidates to the client.
Certified tests (DNV-GL certification)
We offer recognized test systems delivered by Cut-e, and will conduct one or more tests with the candidates, depending on the position and what has been agreed with our client.
Presentation of candidates
Seafood People will present the qualified candidates, those who satisfy the agreed job analysis, description and specifications, for the client. Seafood People will attend the final interview and decision process together with the client.
It is our task to minimize the risks involved in employing the wrong person and we conduct qualified reference checks in order to help our clients secure the right decision.
Employment & Follow Up
When the final candidate has been employed, Seafood People will follow up the candidate and the client on a regular basis. It is very important for us that both our client and the candidate are satisfied that they have made the right decisions.
We strive to deliver the very best result for our clients and candidates. However, in the unlikely event of a non-satisfactory solution, we will repeat the full process, at no additional cost for the client.
