Odd is a high-caliber leader, who has held senior positions in global salmon companies. He currently serves on the board of a family office as well as several aquaculture companies.
As the CEO of Nova Sea for over ten (10) years, Odd strengthened Nova Sea’s position by investing in the value chain from broodstock production to the end market /consumers. His efforts modernized existing operations while achieving year-over-year growth while significantly expanding jobs in rural communities in the north of Norway.
Mr. Strøm is a strong proponent of the aquaculture industry and advocates sustainable practices. He advises companies on an international scale including aquaculture projects in Africa.
