As owner of the highly successful business, Carisma Fish AS, Arild has established himself as an industry leader in Norway.
Mr. Aarvik has served on numerous boards of high profiled companies throughout the value chain. He is currently the Deputy Chairman of The Norwegian Fishermen's Association where he focuses his time on negotiating quotas internationally on behalf of the Norwegian members.
Arild is also Chairman of SeaGrow, an investment firm focused on the seafood sector, and a co-owner and an active board member of Seafood People.
Mr. Aarvik started his career aboard his father's line boat, Vestkapp, at the age of 17. He is an experienced Master/Skipper and spent many seasons in the Barents Sea.
