Lene Faye Jordan is a Senior Advisor at Seafood People, based in Bergen, Norway.
Before joining the Seafood People team, Lene worked as an Advisor for students at BI Norwegian Business School, lecturing students on how to be professional job applicants and advising them on their future careers.
Previous to BI, she worked for several years as a Human Resource Manager in the Norwegian Hull Club and was, together with hiring managers, responsible for all recruitment processes, management and organisational development, health and safety, and internal courses within communication and services.
She has also worked with finding staffing solutions for many different customers within the industry, as well as for the production sector in the Bergen region, on behalf of Proffice Bergen AS. When working in Utvikling.org she lectured managers and employees from different businesses on the importance of health and safety, presentation technique, sales, service and communication.
She has managerial experience from the hotel and hospitality industry where she has worked as restaurant manager in different restaurants.
Lene holds a Bachelor degree with honours in hotel and hospitality management from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and an Executive Master of Management degree from the BI Norwegian Business School. She is a DNV-GL certified recruitment consultant and a licensed user of Hogan Assessment Systems.
During her career she has lived and worked in Scotland, Denmark and Italy and is fluent in both English and Italian.
